We believe in the privacy of our customers. We follow a strict privacy policy concerning information sent to us by our clients and customers. We will not sell or transfer your information to any third party without your consent.
 Any customer may have his or her name and email address removed from our mailing list by contacting us or simply hit the unsubscribe button.

Resizing & Alterations

Need an alteration? No problem! Whether it's to shorten a chain, re-size a ring for the perfect fit or alter the length of an earring, we're happy to help. Please contact us at orders@www.heorth.com, we'll then ask you to send the piece back to us, we'll alter it within a week's time and send it back via USPS 2-day. General alterations start at $25.

Returns & Refunds

Any piece purchased from our collections can be returned within 30 days, provided there are no signs of wear. The credit card used for the transaction will be credited for the full amount of the item(s) returned, or store credit will be issued for an exchange. This does not include custom commissions (see below for Terms, Conditions & Warranty for Custom Jewelry).  Please note, Heorth is not responsible for return shipping.


Our jewelry is crafted, finished and set by hand... and with human craft, comes human error.  That's why all pieces have a Lifetime Warranty! If there is a problem with your Heorth jewelry that is caused by a defect, please send it back for immediate repairs at no charge. Simply contact us and let us know what help it needs in order to "come back to life". We only accept those items that are indeed a case of faulty fabrication. If there has been a misplaced earring, we will be happy send you a new earring (yes, just 1) at 50% of the current retail price. For other items, please email connect@www.heorth.com and send a photo so we can determine if the damage can be resolved. Please note, customers are asked to pay for the incoming shipment, but to get your item back to you, it’s on us!

Shipping & Delivery

Each item is nicely wrapped in a white box tied with a silver or gold.

 If the item purchased is a gift, please contact us. You will need to provide the recipient’s mailing address, and if you would like to have a personalized message hand written in the note card; this services is provided at no additional cost.

- Our adornments are hand-crafted and many, made to order, which means we need 2-10 days to process and fabricate. Curious about the processing, fabrication & shipping time, or is the item needed sooner? Please email us at orders@www.heorth.com and we'll let you know, and we'll do our best to honor your requested timeline.

- All purchases from our collections are shipped out 2-day USPS Priority (domestic) shipping. For International shipping, we ship USPS and it generally takes 10-14 days, depending on the country and time of year. If there is additional taxes or custom fees for international shipments, please note that Heorth is not responsible for these fees.

- If you need your item to be shipped to a different address than your billing address, please email us at orders@www.heorth.com to let us know the invoice number and where we should send your order.

- Need something ASAP? Not a problem. We offer hand delivery in the DC area, and happy to send items same-day, overnight, or 2-day shipping. Please note that these services start at $25 and processing times may still apply.
